After flying drones for 10 years, I have had a lot of time to work out how to get the best colours.
Aerial footage has its own problems. Big skies that blow out, water that goes green, haze that flattens everything past the middle distance, and a sensor that's usually smaller than whatever you shoot on the ground.
These are the looks I use on my own drone work, baked per Log format so the transform matches the body you're actually flying.
